A lot of flags put up below a shop where they sell used auto rickshaws. I am not dreaming. But this could be a reality some day. Every other place are giant hoardings claiming to be supporting mainly Argentina or Brazil and occasionally Spain, England, France and Italy. Shelling out thousands of rupees on flex banners and other stuff for their favorite passion.

What more to say. This eye took me places....."THE WINNING EYE"

I was in this garden city from oct 23 to 25, 2009.The only time if you roam around with the camera around your neck in a conference it was considered normal.Fotocon2009 clicked to be precise. Nearly 225 registered delegates. Almost full attendance throughout the event showed the interest generated among the audience.. Only fotomaniacs from cross sections of all groups participated. I realized that people across various medical specialties are equally ignorant and mad on photography. The faculty was down to earth and simple and they handled fotocon in simplified lectures. Dr.Manoj sindagi need a special mention and the organizers lotus events under dr.ravi hebballi.Live discussion in the morning at lal bagh was just fantastic.

There was a competition conducted in association with the same. In the medical and surgical section of the foto competition my entry titled displaced lens (pictured above on this page) was selected for the first price. I had to shake hands with that tall spinner before he (anil kumble) handed over the prize to me.

(This is the biggest dividend that I ever got for my investments)
